We Work Remotely
Neomind Labs empowers organizations of all sizes to own quality custom software by acting as a steward for the software. Our clients are non-profits, academic institutions, and businesses of all sizes from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and we serve an audience of users around the world.

We value a calm work environment, kindness, craftsmanship, sustainability, mutual education, and the oxford comma.

We are a distributed organization that prioritizes flexibility and work/life balance.

We use tools like Code Climate and GitHub's security alerts alongside Elixir community norms like a good automated test suite and continuous integration to ensure that every codebase can be improved with confidence and without any fire drills.

Our approach to stewardship of applications means that you will be moving between multiple projects during most weeks. We generally keep client communication on a regular cadence so it's possible work productively without interruptions. We will support you in planning, prioritizing, and communicating on the project or projects that you contribute to, but you will need to take an active role in planning your ideal week.

Competitive starting salary with opportunities for raises and bonuses.
Part-time or Full-time.
Medical benefits are available.

Though we hire at all experience levels, we're currently looking for people with 2+ years experience who enjoy mending as much as making.
