Nasdaq needs an experienced, very organized and energetic Project Manager to support a project on its global website, Nasdaq.com.

In this role, you will support rebuilding parts of Nasdaq.com to align with the company’s new brand architecture. You will lead the planning and creation of project plans and timelines, manage the coordination of multiple internal and external teams, and be responsible for keeping the project on task and on budget. This is a high-profile role that involves working with senior executives in a cross disciplinary fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Nasdaq’s digital implementation of its brand architecture by creating and managing project plans 
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders and contributors, prioritizing work to align with deadlines and goals
  • Act as the product delivery lead coordinating the agency’s development and QA efforts with Nasdaq’s internal teams.
  • Work with senior executives and Nasdaq employees across all business and functional areas to determine requirements, and monitor progress and implementation
  • Lead daily, weekly and monthly standups and status meetings
  • Establish roles and accountability for all project deliverables
  • Ensure project is on budget
  • Develop timelines, dates and deadlines for all parts of the project and ensure project is on target
  • Develop and monitor metrics and milestones to ensure project success
  • Manage multiple agency relationships

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in digital and with multiple teams and agencies
  • Expert in agile project management methodology with experience in Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to effectively engage, influence, and manage multiple stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion – on-time and within budget
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and implement changes to ensure project deadlines are and deliverables are met
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with executive leadership teams 
  • Ability to thrive in a global, fluid, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborate cross-functionally, and build alignment around goals and objectives
  • Detail-oriented with high-energy, and superb organizational, and communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
