This role sits at the intersection of marketing and data science. We’re looking for someone to bolster our marketing performance by leveraging data across multiple channels. You’ll be a part of our marketing team, and play an essential role in growing revenue and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. 



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own marketing performance data as a whole across all channels, ensuring that metrics are consistent and our measurement is robust. 
  • Provide ongoing reporting on marketing performance and analyze channel data to provide meaningful insights and opportunities that lead to growth.
  • Continually optimize key touchpoints in our customer journey, end to end. 
  • Design and analyze marketing growth experiments in collaboration with the team.
  • Validate tracking and data collection to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
  • Empower the team to make effective decisions using data through internal tooling, dashboards, and funnels. 

YOU HAVE:
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with incremental modelling, including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Have a deep knowledge of digital marketing concepts, channels, strategies, and related data outputs (including web analytics). 
  • Are a robust, proactive communicator and writer, and comfortable with setting and managing your priorities.
  • Have excellent quantitative skills and are very comfortable with data, statistical modeling, and analysis.
  • Are a hands-on contributor and implementer, with proficiency in SQL.
  • Have programming experience with Python, R or PHP.

EXTRA CREDIT
  • Experience in working within the eCommerce space.
  • Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
