  • An integration experience that drastically simplifies the process of connecting to Healthcare Organizations
  • Tooling that helps developers test, maintain and troubleshoot integrations
  • A discovery experience that makes it easy for developers to discover new Healthcare Organizations to integrate with across the Redox network

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience designing for the unique needs of developers
  • Experience turning complex problems into simple and engaging customer experiences
  • Expertise in developing information architecture, interaction models, customer flows, and visual design for products and services
  • The ability to communicate interactions rapidly at varying levels of resolution
  • Demonstrated comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback and constructive criticism
  • Demonstrated success designing delightful experiences in highly technical organizations
  • A strong understanding of and experience in Lean and Agile UX processes and confidence to suggest new ways of working
  • Experience in B2B product design in scenarios where the user and buyer are different personas
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Growth in the overall scope and responsibility within this arena, showcasing your ability to help lead Redox in excellence in Product Design
