Audit Sight provides transparency, trust, and truth within the world’s economies and capital markets. We are an early stage startup with the expertise, experience, and resources to make a massive impact on the accounting and lending industries. This position will lead the development of our back end API (Node/TypeScript + PostgreSQL), and may contribute to the front end (React/TypeScript).
As part of our engineering team, you will be collaborating with your peers and our product development lead to deliver a world class enterprise product. Our product is data intensive and you will be responsible for the API design and implementation of our data modeling and schemas. Once the product is fully launched and we reach our growth phase, this role may evolve and we will invest in your career growth in a way that is meaningful to you.
Is this the right job for you?
We are looking for someone who has brought polished, professional SaaS products to market. You don’t need to be a Node expert, a data guru, and a product wizard. In fact, we are not looking for rock stars, ninjas, or unicorn ninja stars. However, you should have experience and confidence with:
- One or more web frameworks and your ability to adapt and evolve our codebases.
- Guidance and implementation of API design, testing, data persistence, and data processing.
- Acquiring and applying domain expertise through internal and customer facing collaboration.
- Your ability to fill gaps and work with a multi-disciplinary team to advance our product.
