Kinsta continues to grow at an incredible pace, and we’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us find awesome Tech &Product talent! You will be working fully remotely, sourcing and recruiting in a globally distributed team. As a team, we prioritize inclusion and aim to treat every candidate with care. We realize that for many, we are the first point of contact at the company and we strive to make sure that everyone joins on a positive note.


What you will be doing:
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for Tech and Product
  • Develop recruitment strategies to proactively search for a diverse pool of talent using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, web-based and social media)
  • Ensure that candidates have a seamless and friendly experience at every stage of our recruitment process, while also keeping in mind what’s good for the company
  • Provide guidance, coaching, expertise, and resources on strategic sourcing and recruiting tactics to the wider TA Team
  • Work on a wide variety of TA initiatives such as Employer Branding, D&I, Candidate Experience, hiring best practice training, and process optimization

Who you are:
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in a Tech and Product full cycle, in-house recruitment role in a startup or technology company
  • You’re a technical expert with an ability to understand and explain Tech and Product job requirements to both internal stakeholders and candidates
  • You have a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques for tech candidates from various platforms, including LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and social media
  • You are fully fluent in English and you are an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
  • You have expertise in building and cultivating relationships with key business stakeholders within a fast-paced environment
  • You can easily navigate ambiguity and work autonomously in a fast-changing environment

  • Experience recruiting in a fully remote, globally distributed organization
  • Experience conducting interviewer training workshops
  • Experience helping to develop an employer brand and working on D&I initiatives
