Scrum master / Agile coach - remote

We are looking for an experienced scrum master / agile coach for our remote-first team.

Key Responsibilities

You will facilitate the day-to-day work of our team of 7 developers and be responsible for managing all the classic scrum rituals - dailys, sprint plannings, retrospectives etc. You will help us to streamline our existing agile processes and improve our cadence and quality of deliverables. You will work in close cooperation with the product owner on breaking down epics and stories to development tasks.

Ideal Experience

You have a few years of experience as a scrum master / agile coach. You have good understanding for software development. You are comfortable with working close to both IT and business. You are responsible, structured and customer focused. You are also a great communicator and your English is fluent.

Experience working with web UX and/or DevOps is a plus.

Must have:
* Experience as a scrum master for a team of 5+ people
* Experience implementing vanilla scrum
* Understanding of and passion for agile methodologies
* Experience using Jira / Confluence.
