We're looking to hire our Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our fully remote team. This is a foundational hire, meaning you'll have lots of involvement in shaping our outbound strategy.Â
đ„ Daily Goals &Key Performance Indicators - Making 100+ cold calls a day (minimum of 20 conversations per day)
- Sending 50+ personalized emails a day
- Booking 15-20 meetings a monthÂ
- Engaging prospects via different channels (LinkedIn, SMS, etc)Â
- You must have prior SaaS sales experience (you will not be considered for this role unless you meet this criteria)Â
- Cold calling and cold emailing experienceÂ
- Uncapped commission structureÂ
- No disruptions (we have almost no meetings)Â
