Full-stack Technical Lead - React - remote

We’re hiring an engineering technical lead to help Solv build something that matters - directly impacting the way people interact with their healthcare provider. This is a player/coach role where you will be building and leading a passionate, high-performing full-stack engineering team as well as on-going mentorship and coaching. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to develop the best strategies, initiatives, and direction for the engineering team as we continue to grow.

You can expect to:

Technically lead a diverse and inclusive team of full-stack engineers working on building Solv’s platform

Provide hands-on mentorship and support for the team to ensure there is positive growth towards personal and professional goals

Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on overall product roadmap, product launches, and other ongoing projects

Develop and foster an inclusive, innovative environment where teams can be successful

You'll be great for this role if:

You have 5+ years experience building, shipping, and maintaining a framework-based JavaScript application using React/Redux

Have experience working with React Hooks

Have worked with Typescript

Experience creating and maintaining a simple, well-organized CSS

Worked as a full stack developer as well as in the backend with Python and Postgres (or similar)

1-2 years leading a team of software engineers

Committed to building diverse, inclusive teams

Successful track record of creating empowering and collaborative team environments where engineers produce their best work

Clear understanding of business metrics/KPIs and are able to identify areas of opportunity to increase business impact and growth
