We're a digital agency based in Singapore, and our partner, a wig manufacturer is looking to increase their brand presence across its portfolio of eCom brands through native video marketing.

Objective:

We're looking for someone who has strong experience in starting and growing video platforms like YouTube, TikTok, IG to help us build a followings of audience aimed at African American women.

The kinds of videos we are creating - 


You will be responsible for the full spectrum of native video creation - from keywords / topic research and content planning to hiring native video creators and editors, and setting the style and tone for the channels. 

We're NOT looking for video editor or creator, rather someone who can lead, hire and manage a video content team (remote) and grow our channels.

We think the best person for the role is one with successes growing his/her own YouTube channels and possess a level of understanding of what makes a video tick. And how to successfully create engaging video content that drives viewerships and subscribers.

Job description:

  • Conduct competitive analysis, and perform topic and audience research to formulate video marketing strategies including video styles  and structures (i.e how to,  talking, long form, short form).   
  • Create content plans and set roadmap to ensure hitting key milestone.
  • Execute and oversee the entire native video content strategies including hiring, systemizing and managing a team of editors, video creators, and VA to upload and optimise meta tags.
  • Video performance review and reporting to stakeholders.

Requirement:

  • 3-5 years hands-on experience with native video content creation
  • Must be based in U.S.
  • Competitive rate (hourly, fixed rate, monthly retainer all work for us)
  • Long term project and working relationship
  • Agencies and independent freelancers/contractors are all welcome to apply
