Autotroph is seeking a part-time, fully remote Customer Support Specialist. Our scheduling need is for roughly 3-5 hours per day for no more than four days per week. Three of those four days will be Friday through Sunday with a fourth day during the week, for a total of 15-20 hours per week.
As a Support Specialist, your first priority will be assisting our customers and users with a wide array of questions and challenges. You will need to be able to consistently craft thoughtful, helpful, and friendly responses to customers, even when their inquiries are difficult. Your daily challenge will be to provide accurate, helpful responses in a timely manner so that our community is cared after and their concerns are heard, helped, and solved.
