Purpose of your role and team
As a member of the GraphCMS Marketing team, you will work on key acquisition KPIs to help increase our visibility and traffic. You will be working with a team of professionals at all levels within the company to create and optimise the content on a high cadence.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will have responsibility and full assistance in establishing short-term goals and long-term plans for our content production focusing on technical and non-technical decision-makers in buying roles.

What you will be working on
- Contribute to our on-site content in a structured manner and with consistency.
- Review the work of external contributors to provide editorial feedback.
- Create linkable assets including original research, thought leadership pieces, ultimate guides, news-jacking.
- Work closely with our in-house SEO to develop and execute a content strategy to drive new readers to the GraphCMS blog, academy, and resource hub.
- Report on and use data to inform publishing strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams including product management and sales to develop compelling content.
Requirements
What we expect from you
- Proven experience writing SEO-optimised content for B2B stakeholders in buying roles (budget holder, decision-maker, executive sponsor, legal).
- Proven ability to write high-quality, long-form content on complex topics providing added value and insights.
- Proven ability to perform a content gap analysis and execute a content roadmap independently or together with an SEO.
- Previous experience in writing short, concise, and purpose-driven emails and ownership of email programs are considered as an advantage.
- 3+ years of content experience in a B2B SaaS startup, ideally for a highly technical or developer-focused product.
- Excellent communication, organisational capabilities.
- Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and perform in a fast-moving start-up environment
