Contra is all about transforming the future of independent work. We are looking for a Community Success Lead to join our fast-growing community team. You will own the operations of our community support and you will help in growing the community of independents building their independent career on Contra 🚀

How you’ll add value at Contra:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of Contra community members
  • Track metrics to ensure we maintain high response rates and community satisfaction
  • Provide our community with resources and support to increase the number of fully complete, high quality profiles and the number of users discovering jobs and being paid on Contra
  • Create and build relationships with independents and clients in our community
  • Be an advocate for our community's voice and how that influences internal product decisions
  • Find unique ways of improving systems and optimize how we support our community as a small but mighty team

You’ll be successful here if you:

  • Are a relationship builder that thrives when helping others and seeing a community succeed
  • Are eager to go above and beyond for our community. This means jumping on a call with users who need help, creating resources to improve users ability to be successful on Contra, sharing a loom/video guiding the user in the right direction, etc.
  • Communicate proactively and are self motivated
  • Stay calm under pressure
  • 2+ years of support experience
  • Are located within North America

Salary + Equity Range

  • $75,000-$85,000 USD

  • Interview #2 Culture Interview (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview #3 Case Study + Presentation (45 min - 60 minutes)
  • Interview #4 Founders Interview (20-30 minutes)
