Coiled is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Campaign Manager who can bring to our team their knowledge and experience in creating and executing successful campaigns using email, content marketing, and digital events like webinars with a targeted approach.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, creating, executing, and measuring targeted campaigns that result in brand awareness, engagement, qualified leads, meetings, pipeline, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams in the development and execution of tailored marketing programs and have advanced experience with targeted methods and tools to interpret, communicate, and act on account intelligence. You know how to put together an effective integrated marketing campaign that reaches the right people, with the right message. Your duties include digging into understanding our buyers’ psychology and developing effective communication strategies to gain adoption and conversion to sales.
This role is a healthy mix of lead generation, creation and implementation of demand gen strategy, multivariate A/B testing, message/position testing, and targeted marketing, with every part driven by revenue-generating results. You are a self-starter that will collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. You are obsessed with tracking performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with marketing and sales to continually optimize campaigns and channels to reach and exceed business goals and revenue opportunities.
- Develop, manage, and implement all facets of lead nurturing and database marketing, including list segmentation, emails, campaign automation, landing pages, and reporting.
- Align marketing and sales in establishing target profiles and target personas;develop and maintain a list of accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people.
- Work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to utilize data to inform target account selection and to prioritize and track accounts throughout the pipeline.
- Upgrade email templates and landing pages using graphics, personalization, and other advanced features.
- Build engaging B2B email campaigns for target accounts.
- Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market and resonates with target buyer personas. Translate technical details into benefits for the user for product messaging.
- Provide input into the marketing plan in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the acquisition of new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, business, marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign development, and execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- 3+ years B2B demand generation marketing, with SaaS experience preferred.
- Ability to initiate tasks and work independently, with strong attention to detail.
- At your core, you’re a stellar copywriter and written communicator.
- You have a keen eye for email UX and design.
- Ability to lead and execute campaigns from brief through execution.
- Self-starter with the ability to remain organized, on task and self-directed in a remote/work from home environment.
- Ability to apply creative thinking and imagination to campaign development, planning, and execution with a focus on the target audience.
- Comfortable using collaboration (Slack), CRM/marketing automation tools (Hubspot), project management tools (Trello), and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
- Proven experience with creating effective email messages especially for B2B technology sales that deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to organize digital events &webinars—from product demos to thought leadership panels—and own the infrastructure.
- Experience working in a startup and/or data science, big data, and cloud computing is a bonus.
