Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, Poland, Israel, Türkiye, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for IT Sourcer.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Utilizing various sourcing strategies, platforms, and tools (such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards) to identify and engage with potential IT candidates;
  • Conducting thorough candidate searches using boolean search techniques to effectively narrow down the candidate pool;
  • Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidates’qualifications and fit for specific roles;
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future opportunities;
  • Managing and tracking candidate pipelines and ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process;
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to enhance sourcing strategies and optimize candidate attraction;

    We expect from you:

    • Experience: minimum of 6 months of experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role within the IT industry;
    • Boolean Search Techniques: Proficiency in utilizing boolean search techniques and the ability to effectively compose boolean queries to enhance candidate search accuracy and efficiency;
    • Sourcing Platforms and Tools: Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools commonly used in the industry, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards;
    • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and maintain relationships with potential candidates;
    • IT Knowledge: Sound knowledge of different IT roles, technologies, and terminologies, enabling efficient screening and matching of candidates to relevant positions.
    • Proactive Mindset: A proactive mindset, coupled with a keen attention to detail, to ensure all sourcing activities are carried out meticulously and effectively.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
