    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and contractors, ensuring they are granted access to necessary business systems and tools
    • Manage the offboarding process for departing staff, ensuring a smooth transition and revocation of access to company systems and resources.
    • Publish job postings on relevant platforms and assist with ensuring job candidates flow through our vetting process smoothly.
    • Process employee expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies
    • Assist with monthly accounting-related tasks as directed by our accounting team.
    • Compile and send monthly project status reports to clients.
    • Organize periodic internal team-building events and in-person sales functions, coordinating logistics to ensure successful and productive gatherings.
    • Administer HR benefits, providing support and guidance to employees on their entitlements and how to access them.
    • Act as a point of contact for staffed consultants, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to effectively serve our clients.
    • Manage Emergents online company-branded merchandise store, overseeing inventory, orders, and distribution.
    • Support the leadership team with other ad-hoc projects and ongoing initiatives, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

      Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of experience in a related field.
      • Aptitude for technology and interest in using technology to streamline operational processes.
      • Thrives in a fast paced and always changing environment.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Candidates with prior HR or employee benefits administration experiencepreferred.
      • Attention to detail, and insistence on excellence and getting it right the first time.

        Benefits Package Details

        • Medical Insurance: up to 90% of your monthly medical premium (HSA options available)
