As part of our expansion, we are hiring a Website Project Manager to play a key role in supporting our growth. You will utilize your organization and “people” skills to assist with the management of multiple website design projects. Working closely with the design, content, and SEO teams to keep projects running smoothly. You will also be responsible for keeping the clients up to date on their website progress.

Kaleidoscope team members are distributed around the world, so you would be able to perform your duties from your home office!   

Primary Responsibilities
  • Supervising client website projects in Asana (Assigning project tasks, tracking project status, &strategically managing projects to their scheduled completion.)
  • Working on multiple website development projects with a variety of clients all at once
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout their project
  • Communicating effectively with team members to keep each part of the project on track
Required Experience/Skills

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Strong computer and software skills, including project management software such as Trello, Asana, and/or Basecamp
  • Effectively managing deadlines 
  • Excellent writing and English language skills, including experience with client/customer facing communications via phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Comfortable multitasking
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • A 2- to 4-year degree with an emphasis in Project Management or Communications is preferred. Applicants with equivalent experience but without a degree will also be considered.
Extra Credit:

  • Administrative experience in a rapidly growing technology company
  • Dental, Orthodontic, and Medical industry experience
  • Experience with WordPress websites
