Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business ideas and vision into tangible designs in an Agile environment following an LPM process
  • Develop application designs for web and desktop, focusing on dashboard building, accessibility, and user experience
  • Create user experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and pixel-perfect ready-to-deploy designs and user interactions using Figma, AdobeXD or similar
  • Apply Interaction Design methodologies and best practices to create seamless user experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in human-to-computer interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Interaction Designer, preferably in B2C mobile app development, including accessibility
  • Utilize Gestalt principles in design processes
  • Implement Design Systems, Pattern Libraries, Style Guides, and Component Libraries
  • Knowledge of best human-to-computer interactions
  • Experience working in an agile environment, able to wireframe and design iteratively and adapt based on user and leadership feedback
  • Has experience inheriting an existing design system and making incremental improvements

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with User Research methodologies and their practical implementation
  • Familiarity with UX analytics data
  • Understanding of the Design Thinking methodology
  • Experience with the Double Diamond product discovery process
  • Experience with Product Strategy
