About Prometheum
Prometheum is a Fintech company building the first compliant ecosystem for blockchain securities. Blockchain securities are born on our network when a company raises capital on Prometheum’s issuance platform by offering their own Smart Security Tokens (SST). Those SSTs can then be freely traded on our system, where the Prometheum Blockchain tracks transactions for secure clearing and settlement within 24 hours.
We are a remote-first team with contributors spread out in the US. This opportunity is for someone with experience working from home and effectively collaborating via modern group messaging and and video conferencing tools.
Job Details &Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who can contribute to small but growing team.
You will work as part of Prometheum’s tech team to manage QA processes and release management for both internal and externally-developed projects, as well as contributing to sprint planning and day-to-day project management. In addition you will work with other people in the business to identify and document product requirements.
Requirements
You must have:
- 5+ years’experience managing technical program delivery using common (e.g. scrum, agile) management structures, with direct involvement in requirements analysis, documentation, quality assurance and resource allocation
- 3+ years experience working in fintech, ideally with HFT platforms or minimally with DMA systems.
- Sufficient technical competency to be able to work with a multi-disciplinary team on a variety of technical issues
- Familiarity with financial trading applications (traditional stocks and equities, crypto currencies or other markets)
You should also have:
- A solid understanding of modern web-application technologies
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with internal and external development teams
- Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency principles and technologies
- Demonstrable technical writing experience
- Experience working with regulated applications (preferably financial)
Experience with security testing and auditing, load/performance testing and test automation would also be beneficial.
