Your Daily Challenges
When we welcome you aboard we’ll introduce you to your team, which consists of the Director of Product Engineering, Software Engineers and the Product Team. These are the people you’ll work closely with day-to-day.
Once you get settled in and learn more about the team, your day to day activities as a full time Technical Delivery Manager will look something like this:

- Work with Product Manager(s) to develop and deliver roadmaps, team metrics, and project status reports.
- Manage the execution, monitoring and controlling of each work stream including planned and unplanned changes, risks and issues.
- Provide guidance, prioritization, organization and motivation to the team prior to and during each Sprint to reduce blockers and maximize output.
- Actively participate and contribute within the organization to constantly improve delivery guidelines, templates and processes.
- Support the lifecycle of direct reports and future hires including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management in conjunction with Human Resources, Learning and Development.
- Mentor the Product Engineering team.
- Advocate for the Engineers and Product.
- Implement best practice tools and processes to ensure clearly defined plans are communicated to stakeholders.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 2+ years of Technical Delivery experience
- 2+ years leading and managing remote teams of software developers in an entrepreneurial/startup environment
- Prior project management experience
- Jira
- Github
- 2+ years experience shipping production code (PHP, Python, Ruby, Elixir, or JavaScript is a plus)

Compensation varies with experience and qualifications. This job is a full time remote position.
