Join our collaborative Talent Acquisition Team in Munich, Germany, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter!

You will be the point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders, tasked with facilitating hiring and improving our recruiting KPIs.
Though the position is based in Munich, Germany, we are open to you working remotely or from Munich.
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria according to role requirements
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Plan, coordinate and conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Reduce time-to-hire by streamlining existing recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and contribute to overall process optimization
- Lead sourcing of potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) in close collaboration with the Active Sourcer / Recruiter
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Engage with the global network of Talent Acquisition Specialists at Payoneer and take part in joint, international projects and activities
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Support the hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in all aspects related to talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in similar capacity
- BSc in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment or Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is desirable
- Strong team player with an international mindset and a communicative, interactive working style
- Positive mindset, dedicated to creating an enjoyable experience for candidates and employees
- Strong service orientation and tact in dealing with various stakeholders
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Exceptional work ethic coupled with rapid comprehension and a sense of humor
