The ideal candidate:
- Generates technical and process improvements
- Responsible for code quality standards
- Supports and mentors junior engineers
- Designs software architecture

- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical challenges
- Experience working in agile, highly iterative settings
- Helps refine processes and standards
