In our first year we’ve already passed $1M in ARR and welcomed over 150 customers to the platform. We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer!
Why it matters: Solutions Engineers help customers realize the value of Axios HQ and transform the way their companies communicate internally.
Go deeper: In this role, you will make an impact to Axios through the following responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a technical capacity to help them get the most value out of Axios HQ
- Troubleshoot open issues for customers in collaboration with our account management team
- Deeply understand the HQ product from a user and engineer perspective
- Triage incoming requests, find workarounds, and identify root causes
- Review and prioritize issues with the engineering team
- Contribute to internal tooling around customer support
The details: In this role we will be prioritizing west coast based applicants and those willing to work west coast hours to allow better coverage for our users. Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios’ mission and have the following skills:
- Strong technical experience designing and implementing software solutions, ideally full-stack development
- Track record of providing great customer experiences
- Passion for problem-solving
- Highly collaborative attitude and comfortable working with cross-functional colleagues at all levels
- Consultative approach regarding technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
- Strong empathy for user experience
