CULTUREEDIT / Tom of Finland Store is looking for a contracted full-stack Shopify web programmer with a proven track record of having worked and developed in Shopify / Shopify Plus. We are looking for someone who not only brings the necessary skills to build a satisfying and successful online user experience for our audience but also has the experience and ability to work from our creative direction, at times make creative decisions on their own, and provide helpful suggestions to keep our website at its greatest potential in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Proven experience working in Shopify / Shopify Plus with website examples and/or a portfolio is required, and applicants otherwise will not be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Produce fully functional programs, markups, and user interfaces writing clean, testable code on Shopify
-Collaborate with internal team to identify system requirements
-Integrate back-end data
-Upgrade and repair existing programs, Shopify themes, development tools
-Work with us to continuously advance operation and design of website
QUALIFICATIONS:
-2+ years experience with Shopify and Liquid
-Proven work experience as Web programmer and developer
-Capable of developing Shopify themes from scratch
-Expert understanding and proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, MailChimp, and AJAX
-Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
-Attention to detail, superb levels of commination, and diligent work ethic
-Interest in fashion, art &design, queer culture, sex positivity is a plus
