Superformula has built a strong reputation as a digital transformation partner for top brands around the world and we're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join and support our engineering, design, and product recruiting efforts.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for building an amazing recruiting practice. We have successfully recruited and hired candidates in the past through shared responsibilities, but we're at a growth stage now that requires help from someone dedicated and focused exclusively on recruiting.

The right person will operate with ownership and initiative for all-things-recruiting, as they research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and hiring strategies to attract a diverse pool of highly-skilled strong culture fits for the organization. You'll be wearing many hats, should be comfortable getting into the weeds, and not afraid to ask questions and optimize flows.

This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, advancing candidates, and hiring.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow, Github, AngelList, TripleByte, and more
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Onboard new hires
  • Promote the company’s values as a great place to work
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
  • Track and share recruiting metrics with business leaders

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter, ideally for staffing agencies
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles (including web backend &front-end, mobile, native, flutter, design, and product management).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
