You will have the chance to join the expanding team of Scientia and its product, FinTech Insights. Fintech Insights is a digital banking research platform that offers an analytical overview of the digital banking and Fintech competition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales or business development-related role. We are looking for a reliable professional colleague, who is able to balance customer orientation with a results-driven approach.


Objectives of this Role
  • Handle all the inbound and outbound sales process
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales leads
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and collaborate with Account Executives
  • Identify best practices to refine Scientia's lead generation playbook

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and cold approaching leads to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect's needs and pains
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to VP of Growth with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as sales or business development representative, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (near-native level), both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
  • Knowledge of market research and sales skills
  • Experienced with CRM management (HubSpot Suite is a plus)
  • Great organizational and time-management skills
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about sales
  • BSc or BA in business administration, marketing or similar, is a plus
  • Availability to work in the European or US time zone
