Human Made, the makers of Altis, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its global team. This is a remote position but you should be based in +/- 5 UTC. The deadline for applications is 12pm UTC on 31st May.

About You

As a Senior Recruiter at Human Made you should be passionate about working in a face- paced, diverse environment. You should have previous experience in working with international teams and scaling companies. The ideal candidate will have experience at a technology company and will have recruited a broad spectrum of roles, including engineers, salespeople, and operational roles. You should understand the complexities of recruiting remotely and how to build talent pipelines across the world.

You will be a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and all stakeholders with excellent collaboration skills and ability to build lasting relationships. Taking pride in being proactive, highly organized and with the ability to multitask is essential for this role.

As a remote worker you should be a self-starter, able to motivate yourself and prioritise your tasks. We operate in an autonomous culture with a high-level of trust in all employees, and focus on your outputs rather than the how, when and where you do your work. Communication is an essential part of this role so you should be an excellent communicator, particularly in text-based communication and video conferencing. You should be comfortable communicating with people across cultures and at different levels of the company.


The Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Human Made you will be responsible for oversight and management of the recruitment process. Your focus will be on talent sourcing, building pipelines, relationship building with potential candidates, leading the full-cycle interviewing process, introducing, monitoring and reporting on best recruitment practices, tools and strategy.

You will be working together with the People Operations team and Hiring managers to ensure the best candidate experience and hiring process.

  • Work with the People Operations team and Hiring managers to identify company hiring needs
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders on creating job descriptions and ads
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer
  • Network and build relationships with possible candidates
  • Undertake outbound recruitment, looking for the right candidates for the role
  • Work with stakeholders to improve current and design new recruiting procedures and practices, identify pain points
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions;including outreach and response for each position as needed
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Keep up-to-date with best recruitment tools/platforms/systems
  • Ensure good candidate experience and inclusive hiring process
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System
  • Market research on latest hiring trends, compensation and benefits
Requirements

Essential
  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - preferably with Workable
  • Experience in working with an international team
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Strong ability and experience in improving hiring processes
  • Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
  • Fluent in English Language
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Flexible to work in different time zones
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Previous experience in a tech company
