We Work Remotely
**About Lennd:**
Lennd (www.lennd.com) is a SaaS platform that powers the backend of live events. From onboarding Bruno Mars to the Kansas City Chiefs to your friendly catering manager at the next big festival, Lennd makes it easy for live events to onboard event participants and collect and distribute critical information, such as credentials (e.g. VIP Pass, Worker wristbands), catering (e.g. breakfast for event staff), assets (e.g. golf carts, radios), documents (e.g. vendor COIs) and more.

**About You:**
You are a Product Manager that is currently managing a product and working alongside multiple teams (e.g. engineering, product, management).  You have an eye to grow into a VP of Product role (and beyond) or start your own company someday and are hungry to be the product leader for a B2B SaaS solution in a hot industry (live events).

You don’t know much about event operations (great if you do!), but solving problems for some of the world's biggest events and organizations (PGA, NFL, Presidential Inauguration, Outside Lands, Governors Ball, Life is Beautiful and beyond) is intriguing and leading the charge as the product leader excites you.

You play well with others across engineering, product, customer success and management. You have leadership qualities (hint: you communicate clearly) and naturally make those around you better at what they do.

You’ve seen some stuff. Failed product launches. Misfire marketing emails. Sunsetting features (or ones that should have been). Product-Market misalignment. You’ve been around the SaaS block and possess the product management fundamentals and experience to confidently lead conversations with customers, prioritize requirements and navigate a single feature to a successful release.

You don’t need to be told what to do. You can schedule and initiate conversations with customers and stakeholders. You can ask the right questions and have the patience to listen and then distill input into informed product requirements. You don’t have an engineering background (interesting if you do!) but you are technical enough to understand the complexity of requirements and can provide input when tough decisions need to be made.

You’re a master at prioritizing. You’re not a project manager but aren’t afraid to keep the trains running on time and nudging someone in the right direction if they seem lost.

You’re data oriented. You can implement or communicate what you need implemented to capture the necessary metrics to determine success across features and functionality.

You can distill requirements from multiple stakeholders, multiple data sources into a single feature set. You have deep knowledge of the product development life-cycle and experience running agile teams. You have experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

You are located in the United States.

**Your Toolbelt:**
- Jira (for engineering), Segment (for tag management), Google Analytics, FullStory, and whatever flavors you choose to add!

**Your teammates:**
- You’ll work closely with the engineering, customer success, sales, marketing and management teams. With team members in Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Utah, Texas, Delaware and beyond, expect to learn about a new place (virtually) every day.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products that help power live events
- Define and manage product roadmap, executing on current priorities while planning future strategy through qualitative and quantitative customer feedback, market analysis and business needs evaluation
- Work with the marketing team in support of positioning and promoting new features and collaborate with sales and marketing on GTM
- Gather, analyze and report key metrics on product performance and launch timelines
- Identify and resolve critical issues, roadblocks and execute on shifting priorities
- Collaborate with our engineering team to understand the feasibility of product features and alternative options when necessary
