About the Team We are seeking a senior product manager to work with our award-winning prod-eng team-based mostly in the UK. You will work closely with our customer success team and collaborate with customers to optimise our onboarding, support and time to value. You will partner with our development teams to consider our innovative product's potential beyond what our competitors and customers consider possible will be key to success. About the Role This is an exciting role to take ownership over the product roadmap, planning, prioritisation and execution. The product manager reports to the Chief Technical Officer and will work with key contributors across the executive team, various team leads, customers and the broader market. This role will align closely with our mission: to improve human performance by making experiential training affordable and accessible to everyone on the planet. What You’ll Do
- In partnership with key team members, you will help craft the Virti product roadmap, defining not only a Vision “What”but also be the key element of delivering a practical “When”and “How”through leading and influencing the various functional elements of Virti.
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure the voice of the customer is heard appropriately whilst providing your own original and innovative elements from your deep understanding of the technology born out of a positive relationship with the development team.
- Engage with customers, partners, content creators and other industry collaborators to enable and equip a 360-degree view of the Virti customer and product landscape in order to encourage thinking.
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
- Be involved in product marketing, supporting the sales and marketing team with their content marketing plan.
- Over time, you will develop and own content creation partnerships, as well as iterate on other product improvements driven by engagement metrics, to deliver high customer appeal and engagement to maximise the impact of new Virti business and ensure that customers usage ramps quickly and pervasively throughout our customers’organisations. This will include not only product and content releases, but also optimising the use of tools within the Cx team and management of key integrations that we support.
- A SaaS product specialist with a content platform where you are used to coordinating and partnering to deliver both operability and content.
- Outstanding in owning product roadmaps and being the bridge between a business’s vision, mission and potential and the executional elements of the organisation.
- An extraordinary storyteller and communicator, able to speak fluently to business people, designers, engineers and other partners.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about data and using tools such as smartlook, mixpanel and user testing, with excellent experience with owning your data and reporting.
- Experienced working with a technology scale-up, you love working in a multidisciplinary setting, able to be inventive and pitch in to achieve the goals of the business.
