We’re looking for a freelance Senior Product Designer to join our team remotely or an option to work either in our Tallinn or in Tartu offices, Estonia.
At Qminder you have a chance to work together with people who have made the customer service experience better for more than 80 million people. We have built a multimillion-dollar company without ever raising a round. We're still a small team and need someone who is passionate about answering the most challenging questions in design and building a unified user experience across all our products.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be working with Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers to take individual projects from ideation to execution, developing solutions using research, and measuring impact.
- Design user flows, prototypes and define specifications.
- Working within, contributing to, and evolving the design system.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product team.
- Make sure Qminder's product design is consistent, simple, and user-friendly.

- Have empathy for our end users, make sure the user is being thought of, and keep the user-first mindset.
- Understand the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
- Bring a candid curiosity to every solution, enjoy being challenged and don't be afraid to ask questions.
- Are able to receive and incorporate feedback in your work.
