Due to growth, we are hiring a new Linux System Administrator, previously, we've only hired locally, but now we're on the hunt for proven Sys Administrators in Linux, who may be overseas but can relocate when the time is right!
What you’ll do:
You will be managing an international network of servers and systems to ensure all customers receive reliable and uninterrupted user access, provide reports on system performance and day-to-day administration.
Using your great communication skills, you’ll handle incoming queries and questions, guidance and work on business-critical issues.
As our newest Linux System Administrator you will be responsible for the deployment, maintenance and management of our systems, services and infrastructure. You will undertake the system provisioning, management, and monitoring whilst working alongside both our highly skilled Dev and Support teams, to create reliable and trustworthy systems across the world.
With significant System Administration and Linux experience, and your Tertiary Qualification, you’ll hit the ground running in one of our most highly regarded teams. This is a busy, fast-paced and hands-on position, so you need to be adaptable, time conscious, a fast learner and love working at scale and amidst complexity at times. You will understand how important and critical your role is, to the success of keeping MEGA running, across our multi-platform ecosystem. Any experience you possess in cloud-based security sys admin skills, would be highly regarded.
This role involves being part of an on-call roster.
