Job Summary:

The purpose of the position is to provide the Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) with visually appealing graphics for reports, presentations, and infographics. This includes providing technical knowledge to develop computer graphics, digital photography, videography, and flash animations. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Designing and producing graphics in support of training, proposals, and media.
  • Providing technical knowledge and expertise in computer graphics, digital photography, videography, and flash animations.
  • Designing and developing multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing, such as computer-based systems for personal computers or CD-ROM applications.
  • Incorporating software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics, animations, text, and sound.
  • Contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
  • Preparing slide presentations in Google Slides.
  • Producing recurring electronic newsletters.
  • Composing visually appealing training course materials.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing graphics, photography, and videography support to government agencies.
  • Experience with Photoshop and Adobe software.
  • Ability to furnish a portfolio with at least three (3) samples and/or links to sample work.
  • Experience with Section 508 Compliance.
  • Must be able to pass a Federal Government background check.
Work Setting and Environment:
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Eastern Time Zone)
  • USA – Remote
  • On-site federal contractors, in federal buildings or on federal lands must comply with CDC guidelines with respect to wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and other public health measures.
