Location: 100% Remote

MUST HAVE Tech skills:
1. Azure certification;must have experience designing and implementing complex workflows into Azure cloud. If they do not have a cert they must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of Azure tools.
2. React
3. Python/C#
4. Minimum 10 years of software development experience
5. Must have big 4 consulting experience (Team collaboration;must enjoy working openly with the team and be able to share their work with others.)
6. Platform as a service tools
NICE TO HAVE:
1. Databricks / Pyspark

STORY:
A large local coffee company is building out a partner (employee) facing Crisis Management application. The Crisis Management app will alert partners of all tenures from baristas to SVP's etc when a crisis has happened or if one is expected. This application will allow the company to pivot immediately;from needing to close a store, to redirectly supply chair orders, to dealing with an active shooter or even a global pandemic. Everything will be controlled from the app/web service, currently they are using SmartSheets for tracking. We are recreating/reworking the current communication flow into an automated approach and following will be system integrations.
