The Eurekly tech team is looking for an inspired, motivated Senior Front End Developer to join our team. Primary responsibilities will be improving our responsive web apps by creating new features and enhancing our existing codebase. Ideal candidates must have extensive experience with vanilla JavaScript (ES6), responsive HTML5, CSS, and automated CI/CD workflows. A deep passion for learning and continually improving your craft is also a must.

Core Competencies:

  • Developing new user-facing layouts and features
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimizing JS code for ease of maintenance and performance
  • Collaborating with other team members to solve difficult problems


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience as a hands-on software engineer specializing in vanilla Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • 3+ years of React + Redux development
  • 2+ years writing and maintaining a codebase that uses automated tests and CI/ CD tools
  • Experience with static site generators and headless CMS
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience with Linux, REST, Git, and shell scripting


About the Candidate

  • Design and develop highly scalable production-level web apps
  • Ability to solve complex problems and work with a team of developers and QA Engineers
  • Ability to write clean, modular, reusable code (using design patterns) and experience with unit-test driven approach to development
  • Execute projects using an Agile software development lifecycle
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Experience with coding architecture, frameworks, and providing support to Team Lead
  • Strong English communication to effectively work with Team Lead and Head of Product to meet Product Owner expectations by accurately assessing and estimating technical requirements
