Most important:

Solid experience as a data analyst, data engineer or software engineer.
Solid experience with mastery SQL and query optimization experience.
Experience of using DBT in production cloud data warehouse environment, Snowflake or BigQuery preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgement and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
Deep understanding of best practices around marketing, e-commerce and subscription retention KPIs, and how to use them to guide a business.
Highly skilled in SQL, templating languages (such as Jinja), and manipulating multiple data formats (CSV, XML, JSON), Software engineering experience with hands-on experience automating tasks with scripting (Python would be perfect).
Experienced with API data integration analysis and data preparation.
Experienced with ELT processes to transform data in data warehouse, set up and schedule jobs, such as DBT, Python, Airflow.
