What you'll be working on:
- Planning out a backend redesign to be hosted on AWS
- Implementing planned redesign and setting up required infrastructure
- Setting up groundwork for a functional and sustainable codebase for future additions
- Collaborating with frontend development
- Pulling and aggregating new data sources to backend
- Integrating new tools and technologies to our current stack
- Researching and keeping up to date with sustainability software
- Consistently ideating and planning for the future
What we're looking for:
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, setting up and maintaining reliable and secure instances
- Experienced with AWS Codebuild and AWS Lambda
- Experienced with infrastructure technologies and concepts
- Strong Github knowledge and implementation skills, setting up correctly structured repositories and deployment hooks
- Experienced with PHP and Laravel
