About the role

InfoTrack is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Applications Team to develop and maintain our CRM and intranet applications and processes. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate has experience in maintaining, designing and architecting solutions that keep Salesforce up to date and running smoothly;a deep technical knowledge of Salesforce (ideally the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot);great pride in their work with an ability to meet deadlines;strong interpersonal skills with an ability to seamlessly collaborate with other departments and varying levels of staff. The Salesforce Administrator reports to the Business Applications Manager.

This is a full-time, competitively salaried position.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical understanding, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce (including the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot).
  • Work with the business, including leads in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to implement change request in a timely manner.
  • Focus on company goals to drive internal system development and efficiencies.
  • Analyze current business processes and procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Drive the facilitation and communication of requirements through the organizational departments.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for our CRM and intranet applications.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Support Teams to ensure that their applications are stable, secure, and up to date.
  • Use Salesforce to drive operational efficiency in the Sales team and to help improve team performance.
