Sales &E-commerce Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all order entry/adjustments.
  • Support owner in wholesale account customer service and warehouse communication.
  •  Manage e-commerce customer service and respond to customer emails in a timely, courteous manner.
  • Complete spreadsheets with product data for major retailers.
  • Update inventory for retailers and monitor stock and order status regularly.
  • Manage day-to-day of product listings for e-commerce and wholesale site back-ends.
  • Post to social media regularly.
  • Due to the fact that we are a small business, day to day may vary but we are looking for someone to take ownership over keeping the brand up to date and communicative online.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and self motivated;producing high quality, independent work.
  • Prior experience in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Saavy in Word and Excel.
  • Experience in wholesale or e-commerce consumer goods.
  • Photoshop experience a plus but not required.

Benefits:

This role is a flexible Remote ONLY ongoing contractor position.

HOURS –We require 15-25 hours per week depending on workload. Daily working hours are flexible but we do ask that this person is active daily in checking email, completing tasks in a timely manner. This candidate should be very communicative.
