Job Overview: Coaching.com is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our Head of Enterprise Sales drive sales of its coaching software platform to the two sides of the marketplace: 1) Enterprise customers (e.g. Fortune 1000) who leverage the platform to manage, track and measure the multitude of coaching engagements for their employees;and 2) Coaching companies - large and mid-size coaching companies who provide coaching services to Enterprise customers (e.g. Fortune 1000). 

Candidate Responsibilities &Duties:
  • Prospecting Opportunities: assist with identification, scoring and prioritization of prospects. Help create systems, processes and materials to help prospects understand why they need to leverage Coaching.com to meet their department and company goals and generate a strong ROI.
  • Support Sales Leadership with Closing Process: support Sales Leadership with closing deals and recording requisite data for Sales and Finance.
  • Manage Book of Business: own a portion of prospect list all the way to close to help you develop your Sales skills.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Team: work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • CRM: maintain and optimize CRM system
  • Forecasting &Analytics: assist with compiling and analyzing Sales reports for Sales &Finance teams.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience in data-driven or tech related organizations, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment (HRTech or Learning &Development experience is ideal)
  • 1+ years experience on a B2B software sales team, preferably in the HRTech or Learning &Development space
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or Keap/InfusionSoft
  • Curious and innovative spirit
  • Adaptable in a fast paced environment
