Your Daily Challenges

When we welcome you aboard as a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator, we’ll introduce you to your team, which consists of the Product Manager, Customer Happiness Specialists, and Software Engineers. These are the people you’ll work closely with day-to-day.

Once you get settled in and learn more about the team, your day to day activities will look something like this:

  • Work directly with Product Managers on identifying and executing growth strategies that drive new trials, new paid users, and reduce churn.
  • Work with our Growth Team to explore and experiment on new growth hacks, opportunities, and strategies.
  • Track and report on all web analytics and KPIs including new targeted traffic, new trials, and new paid users.
  • Work with our Paid Media team to coordinate and execute paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
  • Working with our SEO and content teams to identify, create, repurpose and schedule content that drives new trials.
  • Manage and experiment with drip email campaigns.

Your Experience

  • You have 2-3 years of experience with SaaS growth marketing and digital marketing.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and have good project management skills
  • You’re a team player, self-starter, and excited about making a direct impact on increasing our user base
  • Passion for small e-commerce businesses &entrepreneurs
  • Understanding of e-commerce and the world of Shopify. Not a requirement, but good to have
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial/startup environment
  • Experience working with remote teams

Your Compensation

Compensation varies with experience and qualifications. This job is a Full-Time Remote / Work from Home position.
