The Job:
- Manage the PPM system
- Communication and collaboration with clients and internal members
- Ensure full understanding of project scope and summarise into tickets
- Work collaboratively with development team to break down and schedule sprints and release cycle
- Gather requirements, changes, or updates, and create new knowledge articles
- Collection estimation and make a proposal for client approval
- Host Project Kickoffs with various teams, as well as regular Scrum Rituals
- Facilitate project risk assessment process
- Ownership of in progress tasks, as well as being able to respond to bugs and issues within set SLAs
- Manage vendor communications, assignments, and budget reporting
Must Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with EC systems, CMS or digital applications
- Agile development experience
- High business level Japanese and English
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working in a cross-cultural international environment
