What you’ll do
Have experience managing multiple projects? Care about risk management? Hate being late? Love software? Awesome! We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Tiled team.
You will work closely with Engineering and Product to help plan and see projects through release. You will be responsible for keeping ticket statuses up-to-date, tracking milestones, velocity, deliverables, and change requests. You’ll communicate with customer service about the status of outstanding support tickets and in some cases, be willing to roll your sleeves up and test a fix. In addition, you will also be responsible for running sprints and retrospectives to improve our process. This is a great opportunity to have a real impact on our small but rapidly growing team.
What you’ll bring:
Effective communication across teams. You’ll be the point of contact for other departments.
Risk Management skills to help preempt possible roadblocks and keep projects on track.
Organization as you’ll be leading planning sessions and organizing resources.
5 years experience as PM. Proven experience implementing and improving processes.
Previous SaaS experience and technical knowledge.
Jira experience as we rely on Jira heavily to manage our processes.
The ability to negotiate solutions when there are competing priorities.
You will be able to keep a pulse on the team and communicate issues as they arise.
A Metrics driven approach to tell a story about the status of the team/project through data.
