- Kinsta is a managed hosting company building and maintaining a platform on the JS ecosystem.
- The internal software we are developing will fulfill the needs of all our customer teams: support, training, billing, customer success, and more. Our goal is to significantly shorten the paths to solving issues by bringing all tools needed for customer teams under one unified roof.Â
- We expect you to have 3+ years of experience in product ownership, pre-existing knowledge of customer service workflows.
- Your responsibilities will include determining the development direction based on input from development, design, customer teams, and business needs. You will be expected to proactively define future plans, manage requirements, scoping and roadmaps, monitor and communicate bottlenecks, organize and disseminate information efficiently, and serve as a central source of truth for participants and stakeholders.
