Independent Broadcasters use our platform to create and share live streaming video, photographs, and similar content, generally adult in nature, (but no adult content is required).
Multi Media LLC is seeking a notifications expert with proven experience in launching and maintaining engaging notification campaigns of all types. As the owner of notifications on the platform(s), you will help keep users up to date on their interests and broadcasters engaged with their fans through email, SMS, push, and on-site notifications. You will lead the development and execution of all strategic and tactical elements of a portfolio of customer notification and marketing campaigns across multiple lines of business.
What will you do
- Act as a knowledge center for notification and messaging best practices across Multi Media teams and support communication with broad product initiatives.
- Establish a deep understanding of user needs and explore new notification product experiences that address these needs.
- Work with your product, design, data science, and engineering partners to set creative and developmental direction and deliver these experiences.
- Have a sense of urgency, move quickly, and ship things.
- Continually develop, measure, and optimize campaigns and products to fit into the team’s roadmap and align priorities with our overall product strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in notifications product management, email marketing management, or communications management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc)
- Experience building push and email campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation, and performance monitoring dashboards
- Proven track record in developing and executing A/B tests
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to measure effectiveness and extract actionable insights from campaigns and results
- Fundamental understanding of push, in-app, email, and SMS notification practices
- Proficient with customer segmentation and personalization
- Extensive experience with email marketing platforms (Sendgrid is a plus)
