Job Description
As a Product Manager, you are a passionate, customer-facing, and hands-on team member who will help define the future at PSS. You will be involved in every part of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to working with developers, designers, support, and marketing to implement features. You will use your startup mindset and your full range of creative skills to build and expand our portfolio of applications. You get excited by technologies that empower our community to connect with each other and authentically express themselves.
What you’ll do
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features with our team of designers and developers
- Drive product development from iterative feature improvement to entirely new products
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Work with our data team to quantitatively evaluate the success and performance of new and existing features
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience shipping applications with a large-scale user base
- Experience using agile methodologies to lead product development
- Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating user feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
- Experience leading or supporting user research
- Familiarity with mobile dating apps
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Experience in technical architecture of mobile applications
- Experience building social and/or dating products
- Experience leading or supporting data research
- Experience in consumer software
