We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Client Integrations Team. You will be reporting to the Senior Product Manager in Client Integrations. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys building products that deliver disproportionate value to bench Scientists working for the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. You will focus on Client Integrations, sitting at the intersection of all of our applications with science and data, and combining an ability to empathize with bench scientists, their needs, and their pain points when it comes to accessing internal information.
This is a meaningful, impactful, and collaborative position. You will deliver on the platform vision and contribute to the direction of the Client Integrations CFT, and take part in a cross-functional team working together to accomplish our mission of decreasing 50% of the time it takes to develop new drugs and bring them to patients by 2025.

You Will:
- Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for our suite of integration products, including further innovation and also optimization of the existing features and functionality
- Collaborate and help expand BenchSci’s product platform with integrations-related opportunities
- Drive execution as part of a cross-functional team focused on these products
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements and related resources and iterate quickly on the product
- Define, measure and report key metrics to team members to demonstrate the value created by the team
- Help with pre-sales conversations, such as assessing technical solutions and presenting our integration capabilities to clients.
You Have:
- 2+ years of experience as a product manager in a software company
- A track record in bringing clarity to a complex domain and promoting alignment between technical and data teams, and the company
- Taken new features from conception, through launch to adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes over outputs
- Strong problem-solving skills –can deal with ambiguity, lead discovery efforts, prioritize, and lead execution of objectives, ensuring they ladder up to key strategies
- A data-informed decision-making process, and can identify new opportunities and provide sound reasoning for strategy decisions from that data
- Experience working directly with highly technical team members is important
