We are looking for a US-based customer and user experience SaaS product manager to partner with our VP of Product Management to help build the infrastructure for digital video. Goals:
- Onboard into Zype and familiarize with the platform and marketspace by joining a variety of business teams and customer conversations in the first month
- Integrate into our product team and work with business units and customers directly to write effective product briefs across a variety of product feature areas.
- Successfully ship products to market in collaboration with the Product and Engineering and Marketing teamsResearch and document key product features required to achieve success in new product development
- Conduct market and competitor evaluations to identify product development opportunities
- Conduct product feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders to guide product improvements
- Build product wireframes and write user experience guidance
- Manage product development process and ship product features to market
- Produce high quality customer-facing product documentation
- Collect usage and engagement data from products and provide insights to business stakeholders
What you will need:
- 1-3 Years of experience in a Product Management role
- Experience in user experience design and wireframing
- Ability to creatively convey your ideas and vision
- Relentless desire to talk with customers and solve their problems
- Amazing work ethic
- Excellent remote work communication skills
