Sublime Media is immediately hiring for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist (B2B). This is an exciting opportunity to lead Sublime’s brand and marketing strategy to drive customer growth. Our ideal candidate has 5 years of experience.

ABOUT YOU:
You have proven experience in building and executing business-to-business marketing strategy, messaging, and content development, targeting Fortune 500 companies. You're excited about the opportunity to build and execute Sublime's own marketing strategy from the ground up in order to promote the long term growth of Sublime Media. The position collaborates across multiple cross functional teams to develop and execute Sublime Media’s brand narrative and strategy in the cooperate learning and development space.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ideate, execute, and track creative marketing approaches to drive customer growth, sales, and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. sales, creative direction) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives aligned to business goals
  • Establish corporate marketing brand identity and standards to ensure consistent messaging
  • Develop and create marketing materials in media formats such as blogs, articles, social media, case studies, email, webinars, and the company website
  • Identify and represent Sublime at industry related opportunities, showcasing and highlighting our services and capabilities
  • Create and analyze metrics using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
  • Create and execute demand and lead generation programs
  • Create and maintain marketing assets including pitch decks and client presentations
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends in positioning and communications
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years relevant marketing experience
  • Proven success building marketing strategies with services organizations
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, various marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of CRMs, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management and working in a small team environment
  • Project management skills: organized, high attention to details, ability to self-manage with multiple priorities
  • Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer group. Ability to navigate and influence laterally and cross functionally
