We are looking for someone who is crazy talented, very detailed (we can’t stress this enough), and fun to join our Client Success Team. This is a full-time position.
What does this role do, you ask?
We are looking is someone who helps generate reports for our clients, supports our team in helping with operational tasks (adding users to our dashboard, keeping up with our CRM and spreadsheets), and optimizes our clients’ business listings on sites such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. You will work directly with Google to troubleshoot business listing issues and help report erroneous online reviews. At times you will work closely with clients helping them troubleshoot
