Rankings.io seeks a talented individual to pioneer our Link Building Department. The Link Building Manager supports the Operations Department and manages the Link Building Department. A successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of link-building strategies and tactics, experience with off-site SEO and backlink building tools, and is a team player but able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Account Managers to translate business objectives and goals into tangible link-building campaigns
- Support operations by creating and fulfilling monthly backlink deliverables
- Use tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush to audit and discover backlink issues and opportunities
- Develop tactics and repeatable methodologies to successfully acquire backlinks for clients in the legal vertical
- Strategize, build, execute, analyze, and report on link-building initiatives and campaigns for clients
- Research keywords and identify anchor text issues and opportunities
- Complete ongoing competitive analyses
- Manage and build relationships with vendors and website owners
- Other digital-marketing requests
Key requirements
- Experience executing successful backlink campaigns at scale
- Ability to stay in scope and on schedule for project milestones
- Expert knowledge of off-site search engine optimization methods and link-building best practices
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving ability
